Do you sell your personalised gifts without embroidery?
No, all our personalised gifts are made to order and include custom embroidery. We don’t sell blank versions.

Can I preview my personalisation before I order?
Yes, our on-site preview tool gives you a general idea of how your text will look. Please note it’s indicative only and may not exactly match the final embroidery.

Can I use my own font?
No, we offer a curated selection of fonts to ensure consistent and high-quality embroidery.

Can I change the embroidery size?
No, embroidery sizes are preset to suit each product. This allows us to ensure the best quality. The on-site previewer is approximately to scale.

What characters can I use in my embroidery?
At the moment, we only support standard letters

When will you restock?
We restock as often as we can. If a product is sold out, use the "Notify Me" option on the product page to receive updates.

Where is the embroidery done?
All embroidery is done in-house at our Auckland workroom

How long does personalisation take?
Please allow up to 5 working days for your personalised item to be completed. During busy periods, this may take longer.

Need it urgently?
If your order is urgent, get in touch. We’ll do our best to help with faster delivery / turnaround.

Can I return or exchange a personalised item?
All personalised items are final sale. If we make a mistake (such as the wrong name, colour, or font), we’ll gladly replace it.

Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?
Yes! For staff gifts, events or Christmas orders, we offer discounted rates on bulk personalised gifts. Contact us
